The first step is to contact us at info@smartescapeusa.com or by filling out the information requested on our Get Started page. We will be able to answer any questions you have and will begin the process to see if Smart Escape is right for you. We can even offer tours of existing Smart Escape Systems so you can see first-hand what our product entails.
Next we would have to survey any building you are considering for Smart Escape. The Smart Escape System is tailored to each building it is installed in, so initial surveys will be very thorough. After the survey(s) we will be able to provide you with an initial itemized price estimate and present any concerns or challenges we may face to you. At this point we will work to ensure that any Smart Escape Systems you may purchase meet the needs of your local authorities having jurisdiction.
Should you decide to go through with purchasing a Smart Escape System we can then present a formal proposal for your approval and get you scheduled for installation.
If you have purchased the Smart Escape Fire system variant then the installation process itself may require one or more days where your fire alarm system is taken offline. This may be because we need to perform a full fire alarm system test or are running final tests on the new SE System. These days will require the involvement of your local fire department.
